Here are the results from the week ending 19 August in the Junior Premier & State League competitions.
The Under 17 JPL team went down 2-0 to top of the table Adelaide City at TK Shutter Reserve.
The Under 16 JPL went a step closer to claiming the League title with a 5-3 victory over Raiders. Conner Higgins opened the scoring in the opening few minutes of the match. Thomas Disney and Anthony De Ruvo both scored in side 20 minutes to give the side a 3-0 lead, with Higgins scoring his second goal of the match and his 27th goal of the season just before half time. Raiders fought back with three goals in the second half, but Disney put the match out of reach with his second goal of the match and a 5-3 final scoreline.
The Under 15 JPL side came back from 1-0 down at half time to record a 3-2 victory over Cumberland United. Joseph Macheda scored a hattrick in the win.
The Under 15 JSL team defeated Cumberland United 4-0 at home. Jacob Davis scored a double, while Harvey Williams and Sean Ooi each scored.
The Under 14 JPL team scored four times in the second half to sound out a 5-1 victory over Noarlunga United. Francesco Schimizzi scored a goal in each half, while Aidan Schirripa, Fabian D’Angelo and Jeanpaul Mblembe also scored. The win keeps the team top of the table with four matches remaining.
The Under 14 JSL side remained undefeated on top of the table, with a 2-1 win over Para Hills. Jack Foster scored just before half time and just after half time to seal the victory.
The Under 13 JPL team lost 5-0 to Adelaide City at home.
The Under 13 JSL side remained top of the table with a convincing 8-0 victory over Adelaide Comets. Marcus Ooi scored a hattrick to take his goalscoring tally to 32 goals from 15 matches, while Aidan Ingham, Samuel Iannace, Noah Holland, Alesandro Beatrice and Hugh Wells scored in the win.
The Under 12 JPL team scored a late winner to seal a 2-1 victory over Fulham United. Jakob Oliver scored in the first half, with Remy Semenov scoring the winner close to full time.
The Under 12 JSL Gold team won 5-2 away at Para Hills. Marcus Jones scored a first half hattrick, while James Stirling and Phoneix McFarlane added to the scoring.
The Under 12 JSL Red side scoring four times in the second half to round out a 5-1 victory over WT Birkalla. Angelo Adlaf scored twice, while Yel Akot, Manna Lokolo and Conrad Smith scored for the side.
