Mori joins MetroStars

North Eastern MetroStars has made it's first addition to the senior squad with the signing of attacking midfielder Joshua Mori from Raiders.

The former Adelaide United NPL captain Mori will be a great addition to the squad, his versatility includes being able to play as a midfielder centrally and on both wings, as well as an attacking-midfielder.

Josh spent his youth career at Adelaide City, before making his first team debut for the club in 2015. In 2016, he was signed by Adelaide United to play in their youth team and become captain of the side for the 2017.

In July 2017, Josh scored both United goals against MetroStars in a 3-2 loss at T.K. Shutter Reserve.

At the end of his stint at United, he returned to Adelaide City for the start of the 2018 season and made 13 appearances, scoring 5 goals. He then accepted an opportunity to join Raiders for the remainder of the season and helped them achieve their goal of promotion from State League 1.
