MetroStars junior selected for Football SA NTC

North Eastern MetroStars would like to congratulate Miley Grigg from our Under 11's for her selection in the Football SA NTC squad.

Miley has been identified by the Football SA technical coaches throughout season 2019 and has been offered a position in the 2020 Under 14 Full-Time Girls Football SA NTC program.

Miley started Grasshopper soccer in 2016 before commencing playing at Mawson Lakes Soccer club.

Her talents were visible at this age and she was encouraged by her coach to join a federation club for further development.

MetroStars was selected as her club of choice where she joined as an eager Under 9 player.

Through her time at MetroStars she has progressed to playing Under 11s before being selected as part of the NTC program.

Miley’s Goals are to learn as much as possible in a sport she loves and to one day wear the Green and Gold and play for the Matildas. Her occupational goal is to join the Police Force.
