Mental Health Awareness Sessions

MetroStars in association with our partner Foodland have teamed up with the Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation to raise awareness of mental health within our club.

Breakthrough is Australia’s only dedicated mental health research foundation and they exist to support ground-breaking research that helps to transform the lives of those affected by mental health issues.

MetroStars will host a series of Mental Health Awareness Sessions at our clubrooms for coaches and team managers in the coming weeks. The session will provide an overview of mental health and the skills to assist and identify the early warnings signs of a mental health problem
