Sararceno and Dodd to lead MetroStars in 2020

North Eastern MetroStars is delighted to announce the re-appointment of Rob Saraceno as the club's Head Coach for the 2020 National Premier League season.

Saraceno joined MetroStars in 2015 as an Assistant Coach to Michael Pirone before taking over as Head Coach midway through 2016. He led the club to consecutive Federation Cup wins in 2016 and 2017 and has qualified for the Preliminary Final three years in a row. He recently coached his milestone 100th game in charge of the club.

Saraceno will once again have the support of former Adelaide United captain and Socceroo Travis Dodd. Dodd joined MetroStars as player in 2016 before transitioning into coaching the following year. He spent half a season as assistant coach to MetroStars legend Ivan Karlovic with the Adelaide United W-League setup in 2018. Travis also recently accepted a role as an ambassador for the club's new South Australian Aboriginal Sports Training Academy.

MetroStars would like to congratulate both Rob and Travis on their re-appointment and best of the luck for the upcoming season.
