Kyriacou & Mignone Appointed To WNPL U18 Roles

MetroStars is delighted to announce the appointments of Terry Kyriacou and Daniel Mignone as the club’s Performance Phase WNPL Reserves & Under 18 Coaches respectively for season 2027.

Kyriacou has been promoted to the Reserves team role after an impressive season leading a youthful Under 18 side in 2025.  Terry has previously worked with the WNPL Seniors, Reserves and Under 18 teams at Metro over the past 19 seasons.

Kyriacou will be assisted by Ebony Kyriacou and Jose Gasca who remain in their roles from 2026.

Mignone is also promoted to the Under 18 role after leading MetroStars Under 16 team in 2026. Mignone will also be the Phase Leader for all Junior Girls teams including the Youth Club Championship program.

Mignone has an extensive playing career at senior level where he won League Championships with Croatia and WT Birkalla and Cup title with Playford City, and at junior level was a state player throughout his youth career. Mignone has extensive coaching experience in junior girls programs over the past 4 years.

Mignone will be joined by Damien DePalma and Taylor Davis as Assistant Coaches.
