TONIGHT: 2019 Annual General Meeting

NOTIFICATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2019

In accordance with the North Eastern MetroStars Inc. Constitution, the 2019 North Eastern MetroStars Annual General Meeting will be held on:

Tuesday 12 November 2019 at 7.30pm

at

T.K. Shutter Reserve, Fourth Avenue, Klemzig

All parents of our current Junior and Miniroo players are welcome to attend, being a financial member with voting rights.

If you are unable to attend the AGM you may lodge the proxy slip (available here), to authorise another person to vote on your behalf.

There are a number of Management Committee and Sub-Committee positions available, and three officer positions (Secretary, Treasurer and Ordinary Member) and I urge you to nominate yourself or consider another candidate to join.

Non-financial members are also welcome to attend the AGM, as non-voting guests.
