2022 Seniors Award Winners

MetroStars would like to congratulate the following winners at our recent Seniors Presentation Night.

Anthony Solagna capped off a brilliant season as captain, claiming the Lee Robertson Medal as the Club Champion.

It was a strong finish to the season for Solagna, who received the most votes in a match in four of the last seven rounds.

Solagna also claimed the Supporters Most Valuable Player.

American import Cameron Woodfin finished in second place, after a stellar season which saw him win the Michael D'Aloisio Medal & Travis Dodd Medal in man of the match performance against Campbelltown City and Croydon respectively. Woodfin was voted by his peers along with Jackson Walls as the Players' Player of the Year with the Joe Tripodi Medal.

Ariath Piol secured the Golden Boot, while Jackson Fortunatow won the David Menechella Medal for the Rising Star Award.

For their outstanding services to the club this season, Kate Dix was selected as the Metro Knights Dino Polisena Perpetual Award recipient, while Lilly Del Medico and Maria Di Lorenzo were recipients of the Outstanding Service Award.

Joseph Alvarez secured the Best & Fairest Award for the Amateur League first team, with James King securing the Players' Player of the Year Award and the Golden Boot.
