Stefan Cali calls time on career

As 2021 comes to a close, MetroStars would like thank Stefan Cali who has brought an end to his senior career.

Stefam informed the club of his decision following the end of the 2021 season and confirmed the news at the club's Senior Presentation Night.

Stefan first start at MetroStars in our Under 17 program, before making his senior debut under Rick Cerracchio in 2011. During this time, Stefan spent time in the Adelaide United Youth setup.

Stefan was part of the team that lifted the NPL National title in 2014, also being named the NPL Rising Star in the same year.

Stefan departed for White City in 2015, where he enjoyed reguarly first team football. A quick stint interstate with Melbourne Knights followed before re-joining MetroStars in the 2018 NPL Season. He made a further
