Japan Trip - 2025

The Copa Toreros Cup in Japan featured some of MetroStars 11 & 12 year old players, with the team participating in the Under 12 competition finishing 10th out of 40 teams, the best placing by an International team.

The team narrowly missed out by 1 point to be in the top 8 quarter finals stage.

The team started their warm up games with wins against Japanese academies Dynamo, Mitsubishi Yowa and Funroots Academy, plus Cosmos from Taiwan.
