Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting

Dear Financial Member,

As a parent of the North Eastern MetroStars Soccer Club (or as a paid member), you are entitled to attend and vote at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM is held yearly and covers a number of topics including:

• The financial status of the club;

• Election of committee members;

• Matters relating to the club; and

• Any other business in relation to the club.

You are welcome to attend to listen and to ask any questions you may have.

As a member of the club, I am writing to inform you that in accordance with the North Eastern MetroStars Inc. Constitution, the 2021 North Eastern MetroStars Annual General Meeting will be held on:

Monday 7 February 2022 at 7.30pm at TK Shutter Reserve, Fourth Avenue, Klemzig

If you are unable to attend the AGM you may lodge the proxy slip below, to authorise another person to vote on your behalf.

There are a number of Ordinary Member Management Committee and Sub-Committee positions available and I urge you to nominate yourself or consider another candidate to join.

Non-financial members are also welcome to attend the AGM, as non-voting guests.
