Paul Blefari joins MetroStars
MetroStars has made it's first addition to the senior squad with the signing of defender Paul Blefari from Adelaide Victory.
Paul returns to T.K. Shutter Reserve and the club where he made his senior debut in 2007. before making his first team debut for the club in 2007.
He departed for Adelaide City in 2010 for further first team opputunites. He spent 7 years at Oakden where he won 2 Minors Premierships, 1 South Australian title and 2 Federation Cups.
He joined Raiders in 2018 and, alongside current assistant coach Adam van Domelle, helped the club win the Statel League 1 championship and earn promotion back to NPL.
Blefari reunited with his former MetroStars coach Rick Cerracchio when he joined Adelaide Victory for the 2021 season, where he helped the team qualify for the finals series.
