Verringers' Join MetroStars

MetroStars is excited to announce Joe Verringer, Ben Verringer and Kayla Verringer as our WNPL, WNPL Reserves and Junior Boys Goalkeeper Coaches for season 2026.

Joe is highly known in senior mens level having been the Adelaide United NPL Goalkeeper Coach for the past 6 seasons since joining the club in 2020, and also has GK Coaching experience in Women's football for Adelaide United W-League in 2011 and 2012.

He has previous had GK Coach roles for Junior State Development Boys & Girls teams from 2008 to 2018, West Torrens Birkalla NPL (2013-2017) and Adelaide City NPL (2018 & 2019) and brings valuable experience to our club.

Ben played five seasons with Playford Patriots and two seasons with Croydon FC, and was a junior state development squad player. He was assistant goalkeeper coach for Adelaide United NPL team in 2025 and as a coach in the Adelaide United Academy squads in 2025.

Kayla's goalkeeper coaching experience includes in the role as assistant in the Adelaide United Academy squads in 2025.
