Current MetroStars captain Anthony Solagna is set to play his 250th MetroStars game in his next match.
This will make Solagna the sixth player to do so for our club since joining Federation football in 1999.
Solagna joined MetroStars in 2013 and has played a pivotal role for our club in midfield and defence.
He was part of our squad that won the National NPL Championship in 2014, while also picking up the Club Champion Medal that same season.
Solagna also captured the Federation Cup title in 2016 and 2017.
In 2021, Solagna was appointment captain of our club, a role he continues this season.
From all at MetroStars we would like to congratulate Anthony Solagna on a fantastic achievement.

250 games is insane, mate! Loyalty like that barely exists today. Clubs need to celebrate legends properly. You can’t buy that kind of commitment — it builds culture. Young lads better learn from it instead of chasing instant transfers. Anyway, while waiting for highlights I’ve been hammering away on https://aviatorgameau.com/ — crash game online, big in Australia, solid bonuses and that same nerves-of-steel feeling. Feels like watching a winger sprint down the line… cash out too late and boom, season’s gone. Respect to Solagna, that’s proper club heart.
